FAQs

Neck massagers may help relieve tension and pain in the neck. Massagers work by applying pressure to certain points of the body to relax muscles and ease pain.

1. Find a quiet place where you can lie down in peace. Find a flat surface and use a floor mat (if available)

2. Put the neck stretcher on the flat surface and now behind your neck and lie on it. Adjust until you are comfortable and your neck is completely resting on the stretcher

3. After fixing the device, locate the neck support of the device around the middle of your neck and then move your head to find a comfortable position.

4. Bent your knees. Put your hand beside your head.

5. Once comfortable, allow your neck to settle further into the support with the chin slightly raised. Relax the whole body and take a deep breath. Now slowly compress your neck (like rocking back and forth with very calm movements). Start with a minute and extend time as you get used to of the stretcher.

6. After use, turn to the side and stand up slowly.

Kind tips:

1. Your eyes should be looking straight up towards the ceiling if you are lying on your back.

2. Align the base of your skull with the tallest massager point will help to better located.

3. Take notice of how the support is reinforcing your posture. You may observe at this point that you are releasing tension.

4. NOTE: At first, you may feel slight discomfort as your muscles and joints adjust to their new positions. Trying for short using time will help with adaptation.

5. If you feel pain, discontinue using the neck stretcher and consult with your healthcare professional.

If your pain is light pain then this may help to improve it, but we highly recommend carrying out a DSE Assessment / Occupational Health Assessment to avoid any risks.

If you suffer from severe neck and shoulders pain or any other MSK issues, please consult with your doctor, physiotherapist and chiropractor prior to using the product.

We do provide DSE Assessment and Occupational Health services if you need our help.

Our neck stretcher is made of premium safe material. It is made of high-density self-skinning foam, similar to advanced memory foam. The micro-elastic material provides the perfect balance between support and softness, creating optimal traction needs according to your body weight.

Our neck stretcher can be used by anyone in any profession by office workers, drivers, Nurses, and students. Anyone who would like to improve their health and well-being and improve their neck posture

The memory cotton materials itself emit a unique, harmless smell. Placing the neck stretcher in a well-ventilated place before use is advisable. The smell will naturally fade away, so feel free to use it.

The production process of the Neck Stretcher is moulded foaming at one time. Small pores and some small cracking may appear on the surface of the pillow core, and this doesn’t affect the quality of the product. The bubbles forms when the surface is in contact with the air in the foaming process, which is characteristic of the moulding process.
