Reduce the risk of pregnancy-related musculoskeletal discomfort when working on the computer by:
Taking regular microbreaks from the workstation – every 30mins is optimal.

Increasing support using a footrest and foam back support.

Ensuring you are seated with the elbows level with the keyboard to maintain relaxed shoulders and neutral wrists.

As pregnancy progresses, using armrests to support the elbows to maintain a neutral wrist posture and keeping frequently used items close to you.
