Strong Gas Arm support 9KG

People are using larger and larger monitors as their display, but gas spring arms typically support lightweight monitors. The GU70-series now supports monitors between 1-9KG in weight. There is a tension adjuster in the joint where two arm sections join together. The tension adjuster is used to adjust the lifting power of the gas spring arm (to match the weight of your monitor).

Quick-release VESA plate

The VESA plate is the part that attaches the monitor to the arm. The GU70-series’ VESA plate can be easily detached from the arm by twisting the knob at the back. This feature makes the installation easier: you can first fix the VESA plate to the monitor first, then slide the combination onto the arm. This feature is also a time and cost save for company technicians and office installers since only one man is required to complete the installation.

90°/180° rotation switch

It is common in modern offices two or more people are working on the same workbench or island with spaces separated by privacy screens. This means monitor arms should NOT be pushed backwards otherwise they will hit the dividers. Each GU70-series monitor arm has a built-in switch that can stop the lower arm section from rotating over 90°. When the switch is OFF, the monitor arm is free to rotate 180°.

Dual Desk Mount Options

It is easy to mount the GU70-series monitor arms to the desk via the included desk clamp. There is also a grommet mount option, which can be used to mount the monitor arm over an existing cable hole, or over a new Ø10mm hole.

USB 3.0 Ports with 1.7m Extention Cables

The base of the monitor arm stand features 2x USB 3.0 ports with 1.7-meter long USB3 cables, so your computer’s USB3 ports are extended to the top of your desk. You can now conveniently transfer data and charge your smartphones and other gadgets without crawling under the desk.
